I’ve had the joy of knowing Dave and his family since their daughters were in preschool — years of adventures, friendship, laughter, and community that have made them an irreplaceable part of our lives. Now, this wonderful family is facing one of the hardest challenges imaginable, and they need our help.

After months of unexplained pain and countless doctor visits searching for answers to his severe anemia, Dave recently received devastating news: he has colon cancer. In the coming weeks, he will undergo major surgery, and his family faces many uncertain and emotional days ahead as they navigate treatment and recovery. As you can imagine, the medical bills, time away from work, and other expenses are adding up quickly, placing a heavy burden on a family already doing everything they can, including working multiple jobs, to stay strong for one another.
