On April 30th, our good friend Dave Nesbit was life-flighted to Billings after suffering several strokes and a brain aneurysm. There he was put into an induced coma and given a breathing tube, along with antibiotics to help fight an infection in his lungs. As of now, he is still sedated and he cannot move the right side of his body. He can move his left leg and can squeeze with his left hand. He is unable to talk, but he has opened his eyes a few times. So please keep this man in your prayers!
Whenever he is well enough, he will have to be transferred to a rehabilitation facility in Billings to regain his strength, memory, and ability to do things on his own again. He has a long road ahead of him and right now we don't know exactly what that looks like.
Luckily, his three sons have made it over from California to be by his side and support their dad. As we all know, with these kinds of things come a copious amount of expenses. Dave does not have health insurance, and without being able to work, his bills will be piling up. Not to mention the time off work that his sons will be missing, as well as food and lodging expenses.
If you know Dave, you love him. He is always willing to do ANYTHING for anyone and never expects anything in return. He is friendly, loving, has a heart of gold, can wow you with one of his crazy stories, and is one of the very best people I know. He truly needs us to pull together for him and help him during this time. If you choose to help, the funds can be sent to his son Austin Nesbit by Cash App $austinnesbit or Venmo austinnesbit92.
Please pray for his speedy recovery!
