As many of you know, the community unexpectedly lost a dear friend, Dave Luebke. Dave’s last day at SHPOA would’ve been the day after he passed away. He was extemely excited to start a new chapter in his life at Dahlgren Naval Base the following week. Dave proudly served our country as a United States Marine. He was a loving husband to Debi, and father to Torri and Josh. Dave was a hard working Christian man, who helped anyone in need, to include many folks in this neighborhood. In coordination with his immediate family, we will celebrate his life at a time to be determined in the near future. All donations will go directly to Dave’s wife and children.
