Thank you for taking the time to read my mother's story. My name is Jessica and I'm raising funds on behalf of my mother, dava money. A few months ago my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer. As you can imagine, the costs of battling cancer are extraordinary. I'm fundraising $7000 to help cover the cost of immunotherapy, a necessary treatment that isn't covered by insurance. The costs of this treatment are exorbitant but are necessary to heal. Any money donated will go toward covering dava's immunotherapy costs.

In November of last year my mom was diagnosed with non-small cell squamous lung cancer. They identified a large tumor in the upper right lobe of her lung. She has made it through chemotherapy, several immunotherapy infusions, and will have a lobectomy on April 17th. After surgery she needs to receive several more immunotherapy infusions and she has already accrued thousands of dollars of medical debt. To be faced with a choice of care or debt is unjust, but here we are, asking for your help. If you’d like to donate you can do so below.
