Hi everyone, my name is Dausha Dew, and I’m 26 years old. After being on the kidney transplant list for over six years, I finally received the gift of life — a new kidney!

I’m beyond grateful and blessed for this second chance at life. It’s been a long journey filled with faith, patience, and prayer. Now that I’ve received my transplant, I’m focused on healing and recovery.

However, during this 4–6 week recovery period, I’m unable to work, which makes it difficult to keep up with rent, utilities, and my car note. I’m reaching out for a little help during this time of healing — anything you’re able to give will make a huge difference and is deeply appreciated.
