Support Dat Bread Dough: Bread Oven Needed
Donation protected
Dat Bread Dough, owned and operated by Lyndsey, a follower of Jesus and a devoted wife and mother, aims to provide preservative-free sourdough loaves and treats to the community using organic unbleached flour and minimal ingredients. With a passion turned business, Lyndsey balances her micro-bakery with caring for her special needs non-verbal autistic son, and seeks support to purchase a commercial oven for increased production and more time with her children. You can help Dat Bread Dough continue to grow with any amount of support. Stay tuned for future bakes and fundraiser updates!
A little about Lyndsey:
First and foremost, I’m a follower of Jesus and I’m saved by His Grace. I’m a wife to the love of my life named Kyle. We’ve been married for 7 years and without my husband’s hard work and dedication to his family, Dat Bread Dough wouldn’t have been possible. We have an 18 year old beautiful daughter named Hailie. She is often behind the scenes helping with social media, packaging, and helping at markets. We have a 6 year old son named Roman, he is the most loving and active little guy; he makes owning a micro-bakery adventurous. My mission is to provide preservative-free sourdough loaves and goodies to the community by using organic unbleached flour and minimal ingredients. This started as a passion for my family to have healthy bread and ended up in a business! I was in the medical field for 12 years but had to step away from my dream to be home with my special needs non-verbal autistic son. We spend 4 out of five days a week going back and forth to therapy. Having a microbakery out of my home keeps me home with my kids and tending to my son’s needs.
The outpour of support I’ve received from the community is amazing and my business is starting to grow! But I need your help! My next step to having a successful business and increasing my production is purchasing a commercial oven. This will allow me to provide more loaves and goodies to the community but most importantly provide more time to be with my children and focus on my son’s needs. We know this may be a slow process and we are currently saving what we can! Will you help Dat Bread Dough continue to grow? We appreciate any amount, big or small! thank you everyone for all of your support!
Please note: asking for help doesn’t come lightly. It seems to be the best option to keep Dat Bread Dough in production. Right now I use 5 ovens for porch pick ups and markets, this can take up to 10 hours of baking. Which can be very difficult at times and I don’t want to lose my passion or drive. We are excited for this next step for this little micro bakery in Coeur d’ Alene!
