I am asking for help for my daughter, Brittney's family. Her young husband and father of their two little girls is currently unable to work and he is the sole financial provider for their family. Most of you don't know that Darren Wren has been suffering for the last 2+ months with an unknown diagnosis. He has been living with extreme pain in his hands, arms, and feet, and is even unable to sleep. He has severe swelling in all extremities. His fingers and toes are purple, and recently one finger has opened up. Because of these symptoms, Darren has been told he cannot work until further notice.

His vascular surgeon has recently diagnosed him with having two out of three main arteries blocked. Therefore, he has referred Darren to a specialist in Boston to have surgery, as they do not perform this type of surgery here in Maine. Due to this, their family now has additional worries as they are looking at travel expenses, lodging, and food while in Boston.

Their family has always been one of the first to reach out a helping hand to anyone in need in the community. In fact, Darren would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.
