Support Darrell's Recovery After Serious Fall

hello my husband is in the ICU with more testing to come. On early Sunday morning he fell roughly 20 ft causing two vertebrae breaks, one being a bursted vertebrae. He has a broken scapula and clavicle aswell. He is currently sedated and we are uncertain if surgery will be needed for the burst vertebrae, however we are hopeful that it won't be needed. He will have to use a back brace"turtle shell" either way as a part of the healing process. He will be having further testing done and we are hoping he will be taken off sedation soon. We are still waiting for more updates to come as there are many amazing doctors and nurses caring for my husband and working together to keep him comfortable. But we are going to need financial help with as much as possible to get this amazing Man/Dad/ Grandpa and Husband back home! We are in immediate need of a medical bed, commod, shower chair for immediates along with other medical supplies and devices. Thank you so much for anyone who can help or even share our post! Update: Darrell is off the ventilator and using oxygen. He is now wearing his turtle shell. We still don't know if he will need surgery on his back and shoulder. I have a friend who offered to get him a shower chair. I'm going to make some calls about a camode and hospital bed since when he comes home he will be sleeping in the living room.
