Support Darnelle's Global Culinary Journey

My name is Darnelle Chery and I am raising money to further my education. I have been blessed with the opportunity to go to school at Woosong University in South Korea where I will be majoring in Global Culinary Arts. I chose this school and program because it offers not just an in-depth look at Asian cuisine, but Western and French as well.

Growing up in a Haitian household, I've had the privilege of experiencing home-cooked meals my family grew up eating; while stepping out of my comfort zone, and branching out towards cuisine my friends from all over the globe have exposed me to. Ultimately this led to cooking, baking, and food as a whole, being my main love language.

I desire to open the first Haitian-Asian fusion restaurant in Arizona and South Korea as well. Although I've learned a lot from Youtube, it would be in my best interest to pursue traditional education.

The funds raised will be used to pay off anything I need while studying abroad. From tuition to the modes of transportation, I will use.
