Hi everyone!

My name is Darius. My mom and I were recently evicted a few months ago, and so we've had to stay in an extended stay hotel since. My mom has multiple health conditions, including C-PTSD, childhood trauma, hypertension, and neuropathy, which make it difficult for her to move around. I, her autistic adult son, have had to take care of her as best as I can with her daily needs. We both live on SSI, and being on a fixed income has inhibited our ability to pay our bills as it currently stands. We've had to raise money in a previous fundraiser to get us out of our previous place to here, but we've since exhausted those funds.

The money raised will go towards paying rent, phone service, food, clothes, and other living expenses, along with getting the necessary business supplies, in order to be self-sufficient. We're still in the process of starting our own businesses, Mom's handmade art and I with my photography respectively, but it will take some time to get rolling. This money should help us achieve our goal of self-sufficiency and also allow us to give us a place to live while doing so. We've only got until early September before we have to leave where we're at, so every share and donation helps us
