Support Dário’s Master of Divinity Studies
Dário Joaquím Antonio Guimene, originally from Luanda, Angola, was born into a Seventh-day Adventist family. From an early age, his parents guided him in the fear of the Lord and gave him a living example of leadership and Christian service. Since his youth, he has felt a deep desire to serve God and His church, dedicating his life to ministry.
For many years, Dário served as an evangelist and missionary, ministries that prepared his heart to receive the pastoral calling. Aware of the great need for well-trained workers in Angola and throughout Africa, he decided to pursue academic training to serve more effectively wherever God calls him.
Eight years ago, he responded to God’s call to leave his homeland and travel to Cuba, where he studied for a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and had the privilege of pastoring. During that time, God strengthened his dream of continuing his education, and through His providence, he was able to begin a Master of Divinity program at Andrews University in the United States. This training is a key foundation for his spiritual, academic, and pastoral growth, especially in the field of Adventist education and ministry.
Currently, Dário is facing serious financial challenges in continuing his studies. During the last semester, he worked diligently in various activities, with the invaluable support of his wife, to raise funds; however, the amount collected is not enough to cover the total costs.
To make matters more difficult, in June, he and his wife were involved in a car accident while on their way to preach the gospel. By God’s grace, they both survived, but this incident had a significant impact on their finances. He recognizes that the enemy seeks to hinder the work, yet he fully trusts that God has preserved his life for a purpose and will provide the necessary resources to complete this ministerial preparation.
For this reason, he humbly requests the support of those whom God may impress to contribute. It is not expected that one person will cover the entire amount; any contribution will be received as a blessing for his life and ministry.
Those who support will be directly investing in the training of a committed worker dedicated to preaching the gospel and serving the church. Dário expresses his deepest gratitude for the time and attention given to considering his situation and prays that the Lord will abundantly bless each person who contributes, multiplying their resources and well-being.
