Our brother Darin has always been a devoted son, living with and caring for our Mom. Three weeks ago, Darin began feeling unwell, and our Mom took him to urgent care. The situation quickly escalated, and he was sent to the ER, where he struggled to catch his breath. His stomach and legs, from the top of his thighs to his feet, were swollen to five times their usual size. After hours of scans and blood work, we received the devastating news: Darin was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

This diagnosis has turned our world upside down. Darin’s medical needs are urgent and ongoing, and our Mom, who is strong willed and determined to live independently, relies on him for daily support. Our family is rallying around them, but the financial burden is overwhelming. Any funds received will go directly toward Darin’s medical care and services, and any extra will help our Mom continue to live on her own, with our family supporting her every step of the way.
