Message from Shawn and Misty Gilland:

As all of you may have heard, our daughter, Darean, has 2 masses in her brain. The first mass is about the size of a baseball and takes up about a quarter of her brain. The 2nd mass is about the size of a quarter. None of the doctors she's seen in Alaska have been able to identify the cause of these masses. She is leaving February 10th to go to the MAYO clinic in Rochester, MN. We are expecting her and Misty, my wife, to be gone for 2 weeks. We are trying to raise money to help offset the cost for her and Misty while they are down south. We are also going to be using the money to pay any extra medical bills upon her return. I understand that this is a large amount. We are trying to make sure that we have enough to make up for unexpected costs that may pop up at a later date. Any money that is left at the end of this ordeal is going to be donated to a charity that Darean chooses. I want to thank everyone in advance for your generosity.
