I know a 57-year-old, terminally ill woman named Daphne Ann Kretz, who has CADASIL, a rare genetic disease. She has terrible seizures every few days, causing her to have temporary memory loss and often permanent loss of other memories.
It typically takes her a couple days to recover, and right after she’s come to again, then another seizure knocks her back down.
She also has left renal vein entrapment syndrome (Nutcracker disease), which leaves her with only one working kidney.
She’s suffering something fierce.
She’s worked her whole life and was a highly successful woman in her field. She has tons of degrees, and this inherited disease destroyed her life after she turned 40 years old.
She has lost everything to this illness.
She is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She has always been there for her family, friends, and many others.
She has the softest heart for those in need and she loves animals dearly. She is also a God-fearing woman.
She does not deserve to continue this suffrage any longer.
She was forced to leave her wonderful home shortly after this disease tore her life apart, and she now lives in a neighborhood filled with the most rude and horrible people who torment her and give her a hard time, not to mention the mockery of her disease by these neighbors. The stress that this neighborhood creates causes her to have more frequent and severe seizures.
I would love to see her in a better neighborhood, and to improve the quality of her life, so she won’t have to suffer this unnecessary mistreatment any longer.
I’m hoping to help her buy a new home and give her a second chance at happiness. Please help and become a part of her recovery toward a new hope of feeling joy, for however long she has left here.
Thank you for any help, and may God bless you all with everything you and your home will ever need.
