The Danze 101 dancers, a group of 160 talented performers of all ages and backgrounds, recently faced a traumatic and unexpected event that disrupted their much-anticipated dance recital. This recital was meant to showcase months of hard work across a variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, en pointe, and hip hop. It was a highlight for both the dancers and their families. Unfortunately, due to an isolated incident, the event had to be evacuated, leaving the dancers unable to perform and many without their costumes and shoes.

We are coming together to give these dancers another chance to shine on stage. The funds raised will go directly toward securing a safe venue, providing stage lights and sound, and replacing costumes and shoes lost during the evacuation. For many of these dancers, this recital is more than just a performance—it’s a celebration of resilience, dedication, and community. Your support will help restore a sense of normalcy and joy for everyone involved, allowing them to share their passion for dance with friends, family, and the wider community.
