My cousin Dante has always been a hard worker, dedicated to his job at Spirit Airlines. Unfortunately, after Spirit filed for bankruptcy, Dante and many others were laid off, leaving him without a steady income or health insurance. Just a few months before losing his job, Dante received the devastating news that he has cancer. Facing both unemployment and a serious illness at the same time has been overwhelming for him and our family.

Without health insurance, Dante is struggling to cover the costs of his cancer treatments. He also did not receive any severance pay, making it difficult to pay for rent and other essential bills.
