Dante Graves, a 2019 graduate of SWMHS, and an amazing young man, is currently in New York Presbyterian Hospital awaiting a heart transplant, in which he was placed on the donor list on Wednesday. He will remain there until he finds a donor, receives a transplant, and it is determined that his body will accept it. Thus, he could be there for up to a year. Since being hospitalized a week ago, it has naturally taken a tremendous toll on his family, particularly his mother, who has been out of work and commuting to NYC every day to be with him. Therefore, in order to assist her, Dante, and his younger brother, we have set up this page. Please consider making a donation to help them during this very difficult time.
