Hello, my name is Patti Moore and I am a mother of two sons and retired with a limited income. In December of 2024, my eldest son was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. In the month before that, he was unable to work a full 40 hours, and I compensated him by paying his mortgage and some other bills. Currently, he is disabled and unable to work at all while receiving chemotherapy and possibly some radiation. I have gone through all of my savings and reduced my investments that I've been living on, in addition to my social security, so I could pay my bills.
In addition to my bills, I am paying for my son's bills, such as; his mortgage, gas, electric, water, groceries, school supplies, and clothing for his two daughters, aged 11 and 16. I'm embarrassed to have to ask for help, but with my funds becoming depleted and medical bills starting to pile up, I could use some help to help my son because that's what a mother does for her child. If you are able and you feel called to give us some assistance, it would be greatly appreciated and would bless our family. $4,000 is my goal to help me get him through his treatment plan and back to work. Thank you so much for considering your assistance and have a blessed day!
