Feb 10: Our good friend and colleague, Danny Horney, had knee replacement surgery a week ago. Shortly thereafter, he was stricken by an assortment of issues which have him hospitalized in the ICU. His various symptoms suggest kidney and/or liver impairment. He is undergoing dialysis daily.

Danny is a bear of a man, who occasionally growls like a grizzly but underneath is in fact, more like Winnie the Pooh. To know him is to love him.

Danny, and his wife Jessica, are "good people" with 2 teenage children. Their friends know they will struggle under the financial burden that they face with Danny's hospitalization and extended recovery. We all plan to contribute, and we hope you will also. Thank you.
