Hello, my name is Sydnie Jordan the daughter of Danny Jordan. Last night around 8:30 PM I got the call that changed my life forever. I was in Walmart shopping for last-minute things for Thanksgiving to help make it magical for my family when my sister called me to me the news that my dad had left us. My dad was crossing the street and he was hit by a driver and he was thrown 30 feet into the air and died on impact. This has been one of the worst things I’ve ever been through in my whole life. And what hurts the most is he died on the street I pull out of my neighborhood on to. And that very night. I was sitting in the traffic that was caused from his accident little did I know it was my dad laying there lifeless and helpless on the ground, I decided to go around the traffic, not even knowing that that was my father.I have never felt this kind of pain. I don’t know how I will carry on for myself or for my children. I’m trying to be strong for my mother as this is the only man she has ever loved. And grief is hard and I know getting back to my normal life is going to be even harder. We are now left having to plan a funeral for my father instead of setting the table as a family for Thanksgiving. We did not have any life insurance from my father as we didn’t expect this to happen so soon we are left with the worry of how we will pay for his funeral and I want to give my dad a great memorial. It doesn’t have to be much. I just want him to be sent how he wanted to. I’m asking for any donation.
