Support Danny Holliday's Fight Against Cancer

Dear family, friends, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m asking for help for my best friend of 35 years, Danny Holliday, who has Stage 4 lung cancer that has metastasized. I wish this wasn’t reality but it is and there’s nothing anyone can do to change it but my hope is that we can get Danny some help so he doesn’t have to live with the worry of not being able to a afford his home, utilities and medical expenses while he’s still here with us. He is weak and has been unable to get around on his own therefore he cannot work and has depleted his savings entirely and has asked me if I would create this GoFundMe to help him out.

Danny has always been a hard worker and has always helped anyone in need. He formerly owned Mom and Pops Pizza in California MD and I can’t tell you the numerous times he has helped out schools and the local community with either free food or deeply discounted items for school events and fundraisers when he owned the shop. Now it’s time that we’re here to ask to give back to someone who has always given to others to allow him to live in some sort of peace, worry free for the time he has left here. The immediate need is to pay

his mortgage for this month but longer-term needs are to have it paid up for a couple of months and to also have funds for final expenses when the time comes that he leaves us. I know I can’t take his pain and worry away but I can try my best to make wishes happen and ease the pain of stress. He’s still young at 58 and wants to fight this as long as he can.

Danny is not one to ask for help so when he asked me to create this GoFundMe for him, I knew he was in desperation mode so I’m here asking for help for him and to do a little something for him to put a smile on his face.
