Hello everyone,

If you are part of the tabletop gaming, TTRPG, or 3D printing community, chances are you’ve already seen or printed a miniature sculpted by Danilo Chagas Gomes de Souza (37). For the past 20 months, Danilo has been living his absolute dream: working as a 3D character artist and digital sculptor for DM Stash, bringing fantasy characters, creatures, and miniatures to life.

Anyone who knows Danilo knows how much heart he puts into his craft. For him, sculpting was never just a job, it has always been a genuine passion. He has so much love and appreciation for the DM Stash team, his fellow sculptors, and every player around the globe bringing his models to their game tables. Watching his digital creations come to life in resin and filament is what drove him every single day.

Tragically, on October 17th, life changed in an instant. Danilo suffered a stroke and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. He is currently under continuous medical care, fighting this battle with incredible courage and resilience.

Right now, his wife is holding everything together on her own. While she works tirelessly to provide for their home, Danilo will be unable to work for the foreseeable future throughout his extensive rehabilitation and therapy. Between specialized medications, exams, post-stroke treatments, and everyday essential expenses, the financial strain has quickly become too heavy for their family to face alone.

Danilo has poured his talent into crafting worlds and fueling the adventures of thousands in the 3D gaming space. Now, it’s our turn to rally around him and be the safety net that he and his wife so urgently need.
