My name is Daniel Caldwell... I feel like this is a recurring bad dream. I am here asking for help yet again with my manual wheelchair as well as batteries for my electric chair. As independent as I try to be, there just comes a point when I have to put away the pride and ask for help.

I have cerebral palsy and am a full-time wheelchair user with full custody of my five-year-old who is starting preschool in September. I don't have a car, so my wheelchairs are how we get around 90% of the time. I am waiting on Medicaid for an appeal on their decision.

But I honestly can't wait any longer. These are my legs and at this point, I can't use them. So please help if possible. God bless.
