Hello, my name is Daniel Sceviour, and my son is Colton Sceviour. Back in September of 2020, my son, who was 2 and a half years old, was brutally murdered by the hands of my ex-wife's boyfriend, in broad daylight. Matthew Ryan Rademacher was arrested on charges of First Degree Child Abuse and First Degree Murder and was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Fast forward 3 years, and the judge granted the defendant a re-trial due to misrepresentation by the defense attorney. I know, WHACK!! The re-trial has been delayed yet again, for some time either later 2025, or early 2026, waiting on confirmation from the court.

I will have to be in attendance and travel from GA to MI for an entire week. If anyone feels it in their heart to help with donations, all donations will be going to expenses, which include travel to and from MI (1600+ miles), room and board for a week, food and meals for a week while in Michigan, Ubers to and from the courthouse each day (a 40-minute drive one way). I will miss a week of work, so expenses are really important to make sure I can get to Michigan and be there for justice for Colton! This has been the hardest life experience I have ever gone through, and any donations and help would be super helpful. I would be beyond blessed, as this is not something I want to re-live but have to.
