Danielle Stoddard, my sister-in-law, has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. At 48, Danielle is facing the toughest challenge of her life after being diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Despite this devastating news, she remains hopeful, strong, and determined to fight. Danielle is married to Rick and together they have two wonderful daughters, Avery and Isla. For 22 years, Danielle has dedicated herself to teaching history and psychology in public schools, inspiring countless students. She’s also been a tennis coach, History Club Advisor, and an active member of the Boise tennis community. Her passion for teaching, travel, and reading is matched only by her kindness and positivity. Danielle has always been the first to support others—whether it’s her students, colleagues, friends, or family. Now, it’s our turn to show up for her. The funds raised will help cover her mounting medical bills, travel expenses for treatment, medications to manage pain, and allow Rick to take time off work to care for her. We are asking for donations to help cover medical treatments not covered by insurance, and travel expenses for specialized care. Any amount of financial support will help ensure she is able to access all medical options, giving her a real chance to overcome this diagnosis. Danielle has given so much to her community and those around her. She still has so much more good to do in this world. Please help us make sure Danielle has every chance at beating this cancer. Your support, no matter the amount, will make a real difference for Danielle and her family. Thank you for standing with us during this difficult time.
