Danielle is my dear friend and a devoted single mom to three boys. Her son Nathaniel began having unexplained seizures a few years ago, which led to countless trips in and out of the hospital. Despite the uncertainty and fear, Danielle has always done everything she can to care for her children and keep their lives as normal as possible.

Just after Christmas, Nathaniel's condition took a terrifying turn. He started having violent seizures and was rushed to the hospital, where doctors had to place him on a ventilator and induce a coma to try to control the seizures. Each attempt to bring him out of the coma has resulted in more seizures, leaving Danielle and her family in a constant state of worry and heartbreak. Through all of this, Danielle continues to work full time, trying to make ends meet while facing mounting medical bills and the daily expenses of raising her two other sons at home.
