Danielle Gurling is a fearless woman who goes above and beyond her duty to serve students at High Point University. Nearly every day students can find her at the Silver Line Diner, an off campus hot spot, as she puts it "serving her babies." Every student recieves their meals with their smile, some light hearted jokes and engaging conversations.

Nobody ever truly knows whats going on beyond the surface of her smile. Dani has been fighting against leukemia for years. She has gone through several blood transfusions and many other medical treatments. Regardless of her condition and procedures, students are unaware of her pain she masks with loving conversations and relationships This GoFundMe asks to join Dani as an HPU family to help support her as she cannot afford her mother's cremation and funeral services. On top of that, it is our plan to help her of any medical debts she owes, anything at all to alleviate the stress she is undergoing. Danielle has been nothing but kind to all of us. She attends events honoring students service workers typically don't attend. She remembers things about students and cares about their inner lives. She is a premiere example of what sincerely constitutes a good person. Help show and share our love for Danielle by supporting her during these difficult times.
