Support Danielle Bellomo's Fight for Fair Access to Training

Help Danielle Get the Training They Don’t Want Her to Have.

Hi, I’m Danielle Bellomo, an elected member of the Marlboro Township Board of Education. I’m reaching out to ask for your support because something deeply unfair is happening and it’s not just about me, it’s about silencing conservative voices on your school board.

On June 17th, four board members Jenna Corraro, Chad Hyett, Susanne Miskiewicz, and Aditi Gandhi voted to deny my right to attend professional development. This is a benefit that every board member is entitled to and one they’ve used freely all year. They’ve spent hundreds of taxpayer dollars on DEI trainings for themselves, and thousands more on travel and conferences. Yet I was told that if I want to learn and bring back valuable legal knowledge to help our students, I must pay for it myself.

This is the only professional development denied this year. Why? Because I represent a different viewpoint. I stand for transparency, traditional education, parental rights, and fiscal responsibility and that makes me a target.

The training I planned to attend a Law Forum on June 26 covers the latest developments in education and special education law. Attending this event would give me the tools to ensure our district is aligned with best practices and legal protections for students. But instead of supporting that goal, they’re blocking me.

This is part of a larger pattern of discrimination. I’ve been excluded from plans, denied access to information, and intentionally left out of discussions around equity, technology, and even school security. Your tax dollars are vanishing into initiatives with no transparency or accountability while I, an elected voice of nearly 11,000 voters, am being silenced.

I’m asking for your help to raise $300 to attend this important training. Every dollar will go directly toward registration and travel for the Law Forum. If we surpass the goal, any additional funds raised will go toward advancing the mission supporting future professional development, legal training, and tools and possible legal fees required to continue fighting for transparency, accountability, and parental rights in Marlboro and beyond.

Thank you for standing with me. Your support means more than you know.

With love and gratitude,
Danielle Bellomo
