Two tiny heartbeats, endless dreams, and a love that grew with every passing day. Danielle and Greg were ready to welcome their twins, Waymon Allen and Whitlyn Jean, into a world filled with warmth and joy. On August 7, 2025, their babies arrived — and though their time here was brief, they left an everlasting imprint on the hearts of all who love them.
Story:
Danielle and Greg began their marriage with joy in their hearts and dreams for the future. They received the exciting news that they were expecting a baby. Just a few short weeks later, their joy doubled — they were having twins!
They shared their journey with loved ones, celebrating each milestone. The first ultrasound, the sound of two tiny heartbeats, the growing anticipation with every appointment — each moment filled their hearts with more love. They began setting up the nursery, carefully arranging furniture, and imagining the laughter, cries, and quiet moments they would soon share with their babies.
On August 7, 2025, those dreams shifted in a way no parent ever expects. Waymon Allen and Whitlyn Jean were born far too early for medical staff to help them survive. Danielle and Greg were given only a few precious hours to hold them close, kiss their tiny faces, and pour a lifetime of love into those fleeting moments. Waymon arrived at 8:27 p.m., weighing 10 ounces and measuring 10 inches long. Whitlyn followed at 9:49 p.m., weighing 8.5 ounces and measuring 9¼ inches long. Though their time here was short, the love they brought will last forever.
As Danielle and Greg navigate this heartbreaking loss, they face unexpected expenses for their babies’ memorial and the time needed to grieve and heal. Many have asked how they can help — your kindness will allow them to give Waymon and Whitlyn a beautiful goodbye and provide the space to walk through their grief.
Whether through a prayer, a kind word, or a financial gift, every expression of love is deeply felt and appreciated. Danielle and Greg are forever grateful for the support surrounding them during this unimaginable time.
