Support Daniela's Path to Recovery

My name is Iran Andres Henriquez. I came to this country over ten years ago searching for the American Dream and becoming an American citizen, which I have been able to achieve with hard work and the help of good people God has placed in my way. Recently, I was able to reunite with my wife and stepdaughter, and it seemed we were going to be okay. The hard work and never losing hope was paying off; we were finally together to start a new life.

On March 14, 2025, we had a car accident on the Palmetto Expressway in Miami, a terrible accident that ejected our daughter from the car, causing terrible injuries to her head, lungs, and ribs. My wife and daughter were airlifted to the hospital in Miami, but of the three of us, my daughter was in the worst condition.

Thank God, after four and a half weeks, she was released but still needs a lot of therapy and care to be well again. Daniela is a special child, a 26-year-old woman who is like a little girl. She was born premature at 5 months and was diagnosed with hydrocephalus. She cannot communicate or speak clearly; she also has problems with moving, walking, and is vision impaired.

We are broke and our insurance doesn't cover the expenses. That is why I am pleading to anyone that can help us to raise some money to pay for her therapy and the hospital bills (over $200,000). Any help will be greatly appreciated and will help us tremendously.

Mi nombre es Irán Andrés Henríquez. Vine a este país hace más de diez años en busca del sueño americano y de llegar a ser ciudadano de este país lo cual he logrado trabajando muy duro y con la ayuda de buenas personas que Dios puso en mi camino. Logre tener a mi esposa e hija conmigo para juntos comenzar una nueva vida, finalmente mis sueños se hacían realidad.

El 14 de marzo del 2025, tuvimos un accidente de carro en un express way en Miami, un accidente terrible en el cual mi esposa e hija tuvieron que ser llevadas en helicóptero al centro de trauma del hospital, nuestra hija fue la que sufrió daños más graves ya que el impacto la tiro fuera del vehículo y tuvo heridas en la cabeza, costillas partidas y daño en los pulmones.

Gracias a Dios después de casi cinco semanas, le dieron el alta pero necesita mucho cuidado y terapia física para poder recuperarse bien. Daniela es una niña especial, tiene 26 años pero es como una niña chiquita. Nació prematura cincomesina y fue diagnosticada con Hidrocefalia, no habla claro ni se puede comunicar bien, también tiene problemas caminando y tiene visión limitada.

Nosotros estamos sin dinero y el seguro de salud y el del carro no nos cubre todos los gastos que hemos tenido ni la terapia para Daniela. La cuenta del hospital es más de $200,000. Por eso es que estoy suplicando, a cualquier persona que nos pueda ayudar se lo vamos a agradecer inmensamente.
