Mi nombre es Daniela Flores y estoy luchando contra dos enfermedades autoinmunes: lupus y dermatomiositis. Estas enfermedades me causan dolor crónico, fatiga, debilidad muscular y erupciones cutáneas.
Lamentablemente, los tratamientos para estas enfermedades son costosos y no tengo los recursos suficientes para cubrirlos. Necesito realizarme estudios y dos biopsias, además de comprar medicamentos que son esenciales para controlar mi condición.

Tengo 48 años, trabajé como maestra toda mi vida, y ahora trabajo con mi esposo. Me diagnosticaron hace poco más de un año, pero tomó varios años llegar al diagnóstico correcto. A pesar de mi dolor y mis enfermedades, continúo moviéndome, haciendo ejercicio, comiendo sano e intentando seguir adelante por mi familia y amigos.

Hello everyone,
My name is Daniela Flores, and I am battling two autoimmune diseases: lupus and dermatomyositis. These diseases cause me chronic pain, fatigue, muscle weakness, and skin rashes.
Unfortunately, the treatments for these diseases are expensive, and I do not have the sufficient resources to cover them. I need to undergo tests and two biopsies, in addition to purchasing medications that are essential to control my condition.

If you want to know more about me, I am the mother of three incredible daughters, wife to a wonderful man, a daughter and sister, an aunt, and a friend. I am 48 years old, I worked as a teacher my whole life, and now I work with my husband. I was diagnosed a little over a year ago, but it took several years to reach the correct diagnosis. Despite my pain and illnesses, I continue to stay active, exercise, eat healthy, and try to keep going for my family and friends.
