Hello, my name is Carol Weber, and I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my brother, Daniel Weber.

In late November 2024, Dan began feeling unwell during Thanksgiving week and sought medical attention at the Emergency Room. After a series of tests, including CT scans, MRIs, blood work, and surgery, he was diagnosed with a perforated bowel, an abscess in his abdomen, and Stage 2 liver cancer. Dan was admitted to the hospital and spent two weeks fighting these serious conditions. However, on Christmas Day, we received the heartbreaking news that Dan also has Stage 4 colon cancer. This was especially devastating, as Dan has never been hospitalized in the last 65 years, and our entire family was blindsided by the severity of his illness.

Dan lives in Kissimmee, Florida, where he works at Walt Disney World. He is a dedicated employee, a man of deep faith, and a loving father and grandfather. He has four children and 14 grandchildren, all of whom live in Central Florida.

Due to his diagnosis and the intensive chemotherapy treatments starting in January—expected to last for six months—Dan is unable to work. As a result, we are reaching out for donations to help cover his monthly living expenses during this challenging time.
