Our family is raising funds to help cover Daniel’s growing medical and legal expenses during an extremely serious and ongoing health situation. Daniel has been dealing with significant neurological symptoms, including severe headaches, weakness, numbness, speech changes, vision problems, swallowing difficulties, and declining function. As his condition has continued to decline, his swallowing difficulties have also raised concern about his ability to maintain proper nutrition and hydration. Our family has been working to secure the medical attention, specialist follow-up, record review, and legal support necessary to protect his health and rights.

This fundraiser is intended to help with the real costs that come with a situation like this, including medical care, specialist consultations, records and case preparation, attorney fees, court filing costs, expert or consulting support as needed, and other direct expenses related to pursuing proper care and legal action. We are trying to keep this effort focused, honest, and practical.
