UPDATE 11/23/24
We are saddened to share that June Marie Ritter passed away this morning. We were so blessed to have seen and spent time with June these past 12 days. She was so sweet and precious, a true angel from God. We want to thank everyone for the prayers and support for us during this time.
UPDATE 11/18/24
June has almost made it to her one week birthday, and we are so grateful for every second with her. She seemed very happy to hear her mom and dad this morning - she was moving more than we have seen her do up until today. She is so cute.
We are also beyond grateful for the support from everyone and all the prayers.
A few critical things that the doctors say need to happen are:
- She needs to start breathing on her own.
- She needs to start accepting and processing electrolytes.
- The blood in her head from the brain bleed needs to clear up.
- The doctors need to place and access a new PICC line for her to receive the necessary nutrients for her continued growth and survival.
Please continue to pray for all these things for our sweet June. We know God has been holding and healing her - she is so strong.
UPDATE 11/14/24
We wanted to take a second to give an update about our precious baby June. We first wanted to say thank you so much for all the continuous prayers and support that we are getting from everyone. That means so much to us and we’re so thankful for it during this tough time. Our sweet June is continuing to fight every second of the day for her life. She is so strong and beautiful, and we know she is in God‘s hands and trust him through all things. She is still in a very critical stage and is still extremely high risk but our God is a God of miracles and we are not going to limit our God to statistics. Please keep praying for our baby girl. We appreciate everyone’s support.
Love, Daniel and Alexis
Daniel and Alexis Ritter welcomed their sweet baby girl into the world on November 12th. Sweet girl was born at 22 weeks and weighs 1lb 2oz. She is currently in the NICU and we are praising Jesus for how well she is doing and for the care she is receiving. Because of this unexpected situation, we are raising money to help with any expenses during this difficult journey ahead. Please pray for the doctors/nurses, baby girl, and Daniel, Alexis and Shane during this journey.
