Hello everyone, my name is Lacie, and I am Dane's daughter. I am starting this GoFundMe because my dad passed away on November 5th at 4:05 am due to going into cardiac arrest and not having oxygen to his brain during that time. My dad recently renewed his license, and he had chosen to be an organ donor. He had the honor of donating his heart, liver, and both his kidneys.

Our family is struggling with all the costs of the cremation and memorial so all the friends he had and family can say their last goodbyes and peace.

My dad was one of the best guys I knew, and the same can be said by the family. He was the most loyal, loving, generous, caring, selfless, strong, and determined man we all have been blessed to have known. He always showed up for those he loves and cares for. He was the kind of man that would stop to help a stranger in need and never asked for anything in return. He had always owned up to his mistakes and flaws. He never judged or criticized anyone for theirs. He had always been the type of person that would put others before himself.
