I hope this message finds you well. My name is Dandamudi Siddartha, and I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for support. I am the son of Dandamudi Sudhakar (Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh) and we are currently facing a challenging time as my father is battling severe heart disease.

Recently, my father suffered a heart attack, and medical tests revealed that one of his arteries is 95% blocked while another is 90% blocked. In 2014, he underwent a bypass surgery, but now he requires immediate intervention to save his life. The recommended procedure includes the placement of two stents, a drug balloon IV catheter, and a cutting balloon.
