My mom has stage 4 esophageal cancer.

Prayers are the most important right now.

Writing that still doesn’t feel real. This diagnosis has changed everything, and right now the most important thing in the world to me is being with her. She’s scared. She’s tired. And she shouldn’t have to go through this alone.

I want to stay home with my mom—to care for her, go to appointments, help with daily needs, and spend whatever time we have together without constantly worrying about work and bills. Right now, I’m facing the impossible choice between earning a paycheck and being present for my mom during the hardest time of her life.

I’m asking for help so I can take time away from work and focus on her care and comfort. The funds raised will help cover basic living expenses, medical-related costs, and everyday needs so I can be by her side without the stress of financial survival hanging over us.
