Support Dan Yanity's Family in Their Time of Loss

Sadly, Dan Yanity passed away surrounded by family and friends on July 8, 2024. Dan fought a hard battle against COPD. He leaves behind his wife of 33 years, Megan, daughter Irene and her partner Jack, sister Amy and brother Bill, step-mother Mary, many nieces and nephews, lots of loving friends and "adopted kids" and his sweet dog Jeb.

Dan is a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, son and friend. Known for his story telling, love of Pepsi, and secret spaghetti sauce, Dan is one of a kind. He was always laughing and joking. He lent a hand wherever needed and he loved his family deeply. Dan absolutely adored Irene.

Dan, Megan, and Irene are some of my favorite people. I'll be forever thankful for the laughter, love, snacks, and pop that came from their home during my childhood. They treated each kid that came over as one of their own and pretty much had an open door policy. Dan the Muffin Man will be deeply missed.
