Support Dan on his road to recovery

We've all read and heard many stories of families struggling. We see tough things happen to good people all the time.

We pray, we rally, we support. It's the thing that shows the endearing empathy we share for our fellow humans.

 

I am here to ask for all the prayers, and support we can get for my sweet Dad, Dan Toews, as he works to recover from a stroke in January 2022. The road that lays before him is full of many challenges.

Healing from this stroke will take every ounce of strength he has. Those who know Dan, know he is full of life, working daily as an electrician, active and healthy.

 

As a result of his stroke Dan is currently unable to work. He has been told it is possible to regain some...hopefully all function as it was prior to his stroke. Unfortunately Dr's are just not able to give time frames or absolutes. There is no magic pill in this case. Simply hard work, consistent effort, low stress and REST.

 

It is my hope that with some support from his family, friends, and community, he will be able to focus solely on recovering, and forgo worrying about how to cover medical costs and general living expenses during this time.

 

I humbly ask for your help in supporting my Dad ( and Mom) as they navigate this scary time of life.

 

All funds will be directly sent to Dan and Joni for current medical bills, further treatment and living expenses while Dan is unable to work.
