Support Dan Kaulius & His Family in Their Fight Against Cancer
Dan Kaulius, along with his wife Jen and their five-year-old daughter Elliot, is now facing his third battle with recurring cancer. After undergoing surgery and receiving hopeful scans last year, the family believed they were turning a corner. Due to the intensity of treatment, Dan was out of work for the better part of the past year—a period that significantly strained the family’s finances. Just two months after returning to work, they were devastated to learn that the cancer had returned. As Dan now begins another round of aggressive treatment, Jen—a devoted therapist who spends her days caring for others—continues to carry the emotional and financial weight of their household.
Despite their resilience, the costs of medical care, childcare, and daily living expenses have drained their resources. Now, as Dan prepares for another aggressive round of treatment, the road ahead is both physically and financially daunting.
This family has always given so much—Dan is a US Army veteran with so much fortitude and care, Jen’s compassion to helping others in the community, and Elliot’s bright spirit touches everyone they meet. Whether as friends, coworkers, a doula, or even a brief acquaintance, the Kaulius family radiates warmth and generosity. Now, it’s our turn to give back.
While the reality is that they may face a significant amount in additional expenses, our mission is to ensure that the last thing they should worry about is paying their rent. We are committed to providing the support they need during this critical time.
How You Can Help:
Financial contributions will directly support Dan’s treatment, recovery, and the family’s essential needs.
Resource-sharing—if monetary donations aren’t possible, connections to helpful services (medical, childcare, financial aid, etc.) are deeply appreciated.
They’ve never asked for help before, but for those who’ve been wondering how to support them—this is the moment. Let’s ease their burden so they can focus on what matters most: healing, hope, and each other.
