Support Dan Grace's Final Journey

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Dan Grace — a beloved husband, devoted father, proud papa, and true inspiration to all who knew him. After an incredible 11 years of life following a double lung transplant, he has returned home to heaven. Dan’s strength, resilience, and unwavering love for his family left a lasting mark on everyone he met.

Dan was a fighter, a storyteller, an artist, a man of faith and humor, and above all, someone who loved deeply and gave selflessly. His journey was nothing short of a miracle, and his time with us was a gift we’ll forever cherish.

As we begin to say goodbye, we’re raising funds to help cover Dan’s final expenses. This will allow his family to focus on honoring his legacy without the added stress of financial strain during such a difficult time.
