Due to overwhelming request, we have decided to start this campaign to help out Crysi and the boys get through this tragic situation. Last Wednesday, Danny was out towing on rt 495 assisting the Mass State Police on a call. When a drunk driver, going too fast, lost control, hit and killed him. At just 41 years old, he leaves behind a wife and two young boys.
We as a whole community lost a great guy! There wasn't a stranger he didn't know. He would give you the shirt off of his back and was always smiling. He was so passionate about his career in towing. He loved his time spent at the garage, going to tow shows and he was forever googling trucking.
He loved his family more than life itself. I remember a day last summer, he had worked an overnight, but promised the boys he was going to take them to the beach. I watched as he spent the entire day, non-stop, playing, swimming, throwing the football back and forth, building sand castles.... all on no sleep. But that didn't matter to him.
SLOW DOWN MOVE OVER isn't just a catch phrase, hopefully this tragic situation brings great awareness to this law!!
Money raised will be used to help get his family through the next few months. Anything is greatly appreciated and a special thank you to the strangers who have already shown up at their door with donations.
