Support Dan Barna's Journey to Grad School

Raising funds now for the “Please let Dan Barna go to Grad School” Recital!

The recital will take place in mid-late October, and videos from the performance and rehearsals will be used towards the M.M. Orchestral Conducting pre-screening process for multiple schools.

The recital will consist of three sets: the 1st, a small orchestral performance of ‘Three Ancient Irish Poems,’ a multi-movement piece written by Daniel’s late father, Thomas P. Barna. The 2nd will be a prerecorded performance of the old southern spiritual ‘Welcome Table,’ arranged by Stacey Gibbs. And the 3rd will be a grouping of songs and arias showcasing Daniel’s primary instrument—his voice.

All funds raised here will go directly to the musicians and locations involved in this project: 9 instrumentalists, 8 singers, and 1 pianist.

$40+ is the suggested donation, but $.01 will be appreciated just the same!
