My friend Dan Shadle’s home burnt in the early morning hours of December 18. Dan's dog, Tank, woke him up whining and wouldn't stop till Dan finally got up, only to then realize his house was on fire. His entire home was destroyed, and he lost everything. He walked out alive, with Tank, but with only jeans and a pair of shoes. He is not one to ask for help, but he needs our help. Yes, he had insurance, but that all takes time. He needs his medicine and eyeglasses, and of course, just everyday basics now.
