Support Dan and Family After Hit-and-Run

On June 27, 2025, our dear friend and devoted husband, son, and father, Dan Luong, was the victim of a tragic hit-and-run accident that has left his life — and the lives of his family — upside down in an instant.

Dan was walking his dog in his neighborhood when he was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene, leaving him critically injured and fighting for his life. He is currently in the intensive care unit as the medical team works to stabilize him. They expect a long road ahead for recovery.

As a loving parent to Ben, Max, and Zak, and husband to Annie, Dan has always worked hard to provide love, stability, and support to his family. Now, they are facing unimaginable emotional and financial hardship.

We are raising funds to help with:

• Medical bills and ongoing treatment

• Childcare and basic living expenses

• Legal support as authorities search for the person responsible

• Long-term support for his children

If you have any information, video footage, or saw anything suspicious near La Cresta and Silver Lantern around 10:00 PM on Friday, June 27th — especially a light-colored sedan with front right damage — please call the Orange County Sheriffs Department- Dana Point and reference case #25-022397.
