Hi, my name is Hailey, one of LaTasha’s friends and coworkers.

At the request of Trey (Damien) Jackson Jr.’s family, I’ve set up this GoFundMe to support the family through this heartbreaking time.

As many of you know, Trey tragically passed away at just 26 years old on Wednesday night (4/16) after being shot outside of his apartment building. He was truly an amazing young man with his whole life ahead of him — the youngest sibling, a devoted son, and a loving brother.

No parent should ever have to go through the pain of losing a child, and no words can ease that heartbreak. While nothing can take away the grief, we’re hoping this fundraiser will help ease some of the financial strain. The funds raised will go toward giving Trey the beautiful send-off he deserves, and also to support his family as they take time to grieve and begin to heal.
