Hello Friends and Family, Damian is saving for what he describes as the Trip of a Lifetime in June of 2026 to Washington DC, Philadelphia, and New York City with his class at Mountain Vista Middle School in Kelseyville CA, where we live.

Damian is 13, a 7th grader this year, and he’s an excellent student. He also plays for Kelseyville Varsity Football, Kelseyville Basketball, and the MVMS Track & Field Team.

The trip is a week long and will be a great trip going to places like:

The Smithsonian Museums

Gettysburg National Park & Mt. Vernon

The Lincoln, Korean, Vietnam, WWII, Jefferson, FDR and MKL Memorials

Arlington National Cemetery

The US Capitol, The US Supreme Court, The White House

The “Rocky Steps” & Independence Hall

NY Yankees Baseball Game

Walking tour of Midtown Manhattan (Rockefeller Plaza, Today Show Window, St. Patrick’s Cathedral & Grand Central Station)

The Statue of Liberty

A Broadway Show & Times Square

Central Park Guided Tour & Lower Manhattan (9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church, Federal Hall, NYSE)

Damian will be saving his own money towards this trip. He works odd jobs including, local Hobby Farm cleaning stalls and pulling weeds, cleaning yards, He also washes cars in our community. He has great grades in school and earns money for that as well. He’s very determined to save as much as he can.
