On Monday, my brother Damen Mroczek was having chest pains and went to the ER. After some tests, they found that he had suffered a heart attack, and on Tuesday, he had an open-heart bypass surgery. The surgery went really well, and he is currently recovering at the hospital. His pain is being managed well, and Memorial Hospital is taking great care of him. He will hopefully go home in a week or so.
