Dalver came to the United States from Venezuela with the hope of building a better life, working hard, and supporting his family back home.

Since arriving, Dalver has done exactly that. He has built a life rooted in hard work, kindness, and community. He quickly became a Team Lead at Walmart, where he is known for his dedication and work ethic. Outside of work, Dalver is loved by so many people for his big heart, his sense of humor, his love of music and travel, and the way he shows up for the people around him.

Recently, Dalver was unexpectedly detained by ICE while traveling to see one of his favorite artists, Rosalía. In an instant, Dalver was separated from his loved ones, his job, his community, and the life he has worked so hard to build.

Dalver has been actively navigating the immigration process, and our priority now is making sure he has the legal representation and support he needs while he is detained. The costs associated with this process are significant and ongoing.
