Dallas Olson has been the creative backbone of our taqueria for the past ten years. From our early days as a food truck to becoming a brick-and-mortar restaurant, Dallas’s culinary magic and dedication have shaped everything we do. His passion for food and commitment to our team have put us on the map, and he’s become a beloved figure in our local community.

Recently, Dallas was diagnosed with both lymphoma and leukemia. This has been a difficult time for him and for all of us who care about him. The treatment process is intense and has made it impossible for Dallas to continue working as he battles these illnesses. The medical bills and ongoing treatment costs are overwhelming, and we want to make sure Dallas can focus on healing without the added stress of financial worries.
